We Create Value for Suppliers
Our service does not cost you upfront. The consulting fee is minimal for connecting the supplier and buyer for the best deals. This is a long term investment.
The supplier won’t need to pay us if the deal does not finalize, and no money is made. The fee applies only when the supplier is awarded the deal, and the supplier has been paid by the buyer. We only get paid when you get paid.
Each product is assessed on a case-by-case basis because every industry is different. Typically the fee is measured in $X per ton or X% of the FOB price. The fee is added to the supplier’s final price to the buyer, and so the fee is part of the supplier’s planned profit.
We Only Make Money When You Make Money.
We will inform the supplier of the fee once the following conditions are met:
- the negotiations and deal are finalized between the supplier and buyer
- the supplier confirms it can fulfill 100% of the buyer’s requirements, and the buyer accepts the supplier’s quote.
If the supplier agrees with our fee, we will connect the buyer directly to the supplier and work out the ordering process. This is our standard fee structure. Every requirement and deal is unique, and so we are agile to any environment.
We believe this fee structure is the best set up for all parties involved. The supplier is never at risk. Remember, you only need to pay the fee if you made money.
